Q. Do I have to be a member of PayPal to pay by credit card?
No. We use PayPal as our credit card processor, so you can pay by credit card and not have to sign up with PayPal.
Q. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
It depends on were you live. United States - Estimated delivery time: about 8 to 15 business days - EXCEPT for Alaska - 16 business days and Hawaii - 29 business days. Canada: Surface -Estimated delivery time: up to 9 business days to most destinations in Canada International - Surface – estimated delivery time: about 30 to 60 business days - about 2 to 3 months.
Q. What if my order does not arrive?
If your order does not arrive by the estimated delivery time, please contact us.
